I have actually had referrals e-mail me to thank me for opening up new avenues in which they did not know about. The main thing here that I can not stress enough is to send this one website that you build through traffic circles. If you have banners then build a banner page to display them on, and tell customers that this page may load slow due to high bandwidth. Make sure that you place links to your referral pages on every page that you have related to on your website. Soon you will see new referrals signing up on your referral accounts on a daily basis.
